Maintenance Coordinator

Join Our Team as a Maintenance Coordinator!  What You’ll Be Doing:  As a Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing work orders, coordinating special projects, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks at our community. You’ll also assist with vendor coordination and collaborate with leadership to improve property operations.  Compensation and Incentives  Excellent Base Pay : $29.00 - $ 30.00/hour 20% Rent Discount  Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)  $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)  Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)  Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance, and Long/Short-Term Disability  Retirement Plan: 401(k) with Company Match  Generous Paid Time Off: Including 10 Holidays per year and sick leave  Your Essential Responsibilities:  Inventory & Vendor Coordination  Assist with scheduling contractors for capital projects and obtaining quotes  Capital Project Assistance  Schedule and track special projects and make-readies  Assist with inspections, including fire and DCA tours, and property curb appeal initiatives  What We’ll Expect from You:  2-5 years of related experience or training  Customer service and coordination experience  Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting tools  Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills  Strong attention to detail and time management skills  Ready to join a collaborative team and help keep our community running smoothly?
