Compensation & Incentives: Base Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour $2000 sign on bonus Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly bonus opportunity On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave As the Service Technician, you will help to: Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs Keep interior and exterior areas up to company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws Respond quickly to resident service requests and assigned work orders Hours & Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Paid rotating on-call participation required What We'll Expect From You: Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Build your career with a company that invests in your growth! #AC6271
