Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right. What You Need Valid driver's license + personal vehicle Must live within 30 minutes of the property 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education) HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus — not required to apply ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
