We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst in Credit Risk team.
In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyse and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you’ll do in the role:
* Produce a suite of senior management reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
* Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly changes in WM credit portfolio and summarize findings in oral, written, and PowerPoint format.
* Assist with ad-hoc requests for new point-in-time and trend analysis of the WM Credit portfolio, including capture and aggregation of data not already in credit, risk, or firm systems.
* Participate in end-to-end report development lifecycle: ideation, data collection and aggregation, prototyping, report production, and automation.
* Participate and contribute on Credit Risk Data and Reporting Fleet's responsibilities including report renovation and modernization involving strategic solutions like PBI dashboards and automate using Analyze in Excel.
* Escalate data issues to the Data Control team and Credit Risk Agile IT squads and assist with the remediation of data problems.
* Identify, log, and assist in resolving data gaps and issues with our IT partners.
* Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to determine if the automation efforts are yielding the intended results. Also, validating any suggested changes and assessing adherence to the firm's business requirements.
* Collaborate with Data Control, Credit Risk Agile IT squads, Credit Coverage and Business Unit representatives, to ensure new and emerging data required for portfolio analysis is on-boarded into credit risk systems.

What you’ll bring to the role:
* Good analytical skills, ability to analyze information, identify and articulate problems and trends.
* Strong Attention to detail
* Strong written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across regional teams.
* Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.
* Willingness to assume extended responsibility.
* Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and VBA; proficiency in programming (Python) a plus
* Post graduation degree in finance or equivalent
* Analyst (6 months - 1 Yrs) of relevant experience in financial services, risk management, or reporting, preferably Credit Risk Management
* Experience working with wholesale and traded products is preferred.
