We are seeking a AI Developer to design, build and support practical AI-enabled solutions across enterprise technology use cases. The role combines software engineering, GenAI development, data integration and responsible AI delivery. The successful candidate will work with engineering, data, platform, security and business stakeholders to turn requirements into maintainable solutions that improve productivity, automation and decision-making. In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Cyber Security Operations position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents to ensure the organization's systems and data are protected from actual and potential threats or breaches. What you'll do in the role: * Design, develop and support AI-powered applications, agents and workflow automations using approved Firm platforms and services. * Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt design, retrieval-based patterns and enterprise data sources. * Develop Python services, APIs, integrations and reusable components to support AI use cases. * Participate in the full Software Delivery Lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, documentation and support. * Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, data, security, platform and business teams to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions. * Evaluate AI outputs and contribute to improvements in quality, reliability, usability and operational performance. * Support secure engineering practices, governance reviews, monitoring, risk controls and operational readiness for AI-enabled applications. * Identify opportunities to use AI responsibly to simplify processes, automate repeatable activity and improve developer or user productivity. What you'll bring to the role: * Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience in software development, preferably with Python and one or more additional languages. * Understanding of software engineering best practices, SDLC processes, source control, automated testing and code review standards. * Working knowledge of Large Language Models, Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering and AI-assisted development tools. * Experience building or integrating APIs, backend services, data pipelines or enterprise applications. * Awareness of retrieval augmented generation, vector search, agentic AI patterns or AI orchestration frameworks is an advantage. * Understanding of secure development, data handling, privacy, risk and governance considerations for enterprise AI solutions. * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. * Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a globally distributed organization. * Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud platforms or enterprise AI platforms is advantageous but not required. Salary range for the position: $85,000 and $150,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
