Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design, develop, and deliver engaging training solutions using adult learning principles.
- →Facilitate training programs and coordinate third-party certification training.
- →Partner with stakeholders across multiple sites to support business priorities and learning needs.
- →Lead training initiatives from planning through execution using project management tools and processes.
- →Evaluate and continuously improve training programs and materials.
- →Develop training content using existing technologies while exploring new tools that enhance learning and efficiency.
- →Ensure training programs align with regulatory requirements and the Mosaic Management System (MMS).
- High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, operations, or Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) environments.
- Change management experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple teams and locations.
Nice to Have

- Experience developing training content and learning materials.
- Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) experience.
- Experience with audio, video, and content development software.
