As a Change Management Analyst, you will support change management activities for Energy Business Optimization (EBO) initiatives by assisting with analysis, documentation, coordination, and execution of change plans. This role works under the guidance of a Change Management Specialist, Senior Change Management Specialist, and/or Manager, Change Management, and contributes to successful adoption of Energy Business Optimization (EBO) initiatives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the execution of change management plans aligned with EBO initiatives.
- →Assist with stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
- →Support the collection, organization, and analysis of data related to adoption, engagement, and feedback.
- →Support the development of changes in communications and training materials.
- →Support the development of sustainment plans.
- →Support the tracking of change management activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- →Assist with maintaining change management documentation, templates, and logs.
- →Support change-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- →Identify and escalate potential risks or resistance related to change initiatives.
- →Apply foundational change management concepts and tools (e.g., ADKAR) with guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
- 0–2 years of experience in change management, project coordination, business analysis, or related roles (internships or academic project work acceptable).
- Basic understanding of change management principles and methodologies is highly preferred.
- Effective organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Experience with AI is preferred.
- Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment is required.
- Ability to travel up to 15% to visit project sites on occasion and for training/career development.
