As Senior Manager, Estimating, you will lead the team responsible for developing accurate, competitive cost estimates for utility-scale solar and energy projects. This role is accountable for the quality and consistency of estimating deliverables, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the preconstruction lifecycle.

While this position provides direct leadership to the Civil Estimating Team, candidates are not required to have a purely civil estimating background. The successful leader will be expected to drive excellence across estimating functions and will be positioned to support and lead estimating teams beyond civil-specific scopes. The ideal candidate brings broad utility-scale solar estimating experience, proven leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of how civil work interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, and overall project execution strategy.
