We build and connect technologies to help protect people, property and places. Our solutions foster the collaboration that’s critical for safer communities, safer schools, safer hospitals, safer businesses, and ultimately, safer nations. The Product team is a cross‑functional group responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and experience across the Resilience Platform and its solution suite, including Recover (Business Continuity), Collaborate (Crisis & Emergency Management), Resolve (Security Operations), Alert (Mass Notification), Engage (mobile app for community and employee safety), and the core low‑code/no‑code platform.
The Configuration team brings these product visions to life by building modular, scalable configuration packages that can be deployed across customers and industries. As a key member of this team, you will help ensure we deliver solutions that are powerful, consistent, and integrated.

As a Configuration Analyst, you translate market requirements into functional solution deliverables. In this role, you bridge the gap between platform capability and user experience. You take the foundational features built by our engineering teams and the intuitive designs from our UX team and translate them into functional, mission-critical solutions that our customers rely on every day.

You will work within a professional configuration lifecycle, ensuring that every solution is version-controlled, modular, and built to the highest standards of reliability. Your work ensures that our Resilience Platform remains a powerful, integrated toolset for organizations worldwide.
