Senior Mechanical Engineer

• Design: Create 3D CAD models, advanced surfaces, and compliant 2D drafting prints.

• Analyze: Conduct mechanical tolerance analysis and DFMEA to ensure product reliability.

• Document: Build and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering prints, and qualification reports.

• Test: Support prototype builds, execute mechanical verification tests, and write test reports.

• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams from concept stage to high-volume manufacturing.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of mechanical design experience.

• Materials: Strong knowledge of sheet metal and plastics.

• Processes: Familiar with assembly methods (SMT, ultrasonic/resistance welding, low-pressure molding).

• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly.

• Proficiency in Creo Parametric.

• Knowledge of plastic injection tooling construction.

• Experience with battery, power supply, or charger design.
