At Motorola Solutions, we believe that everything starts with our people. We’re a global close-knit community, united by the relentless pursuit to help keep people safer everywhere. We build and connect technologies to help protect people, property and places. Our solutions foster the collaboration that’s critical for safer communities, safer schools, safer hospitals, safer businesses, and ultimately, safer nations. Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.

At Motorola Solutions, we believe that everything starts with safety. It’s the constant that empowers people to confidently move forward. Control Room Solutions provide the backbone for emergency response across the UK & Europe, helping 999 operators respond to calls from the public and dispatch nearby responders when every second counts.

In our never-ending pursuit of "Solving for safer," we build and connect technologies that help to protect people, property, and places. By unifying critical communications, video security, and command center software, we empower police and fire agencies with the tools needed to save lives and make everywhere safer.

We are seeking a technically minded Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Fire Deployment delivery team. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager with oversight by the Head of Delivery, this role oversees all aspects of deploying Motorola Solutions' Guardian Suite of Control Room Products to strategic emergency services customers.

Acting as a subject-matter expert, you will bridge the gap between operational emergency response needs and complex software architecture. You will guide delivery strategy, coordinate cross-functional agile delivery teams including business analysts and deployment/quality assurance engineers, and manage end-to-end deployment workflows. Because our products support life-critical situations, you will bring exceptional leadership and a risk-aware approach to customer engagement and delivery. At Motorola Solutions, we foster a people-first culture that empowers you to explore your potential, innovate what's next, and grow your career. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is valued.
