Details of Research Project: 

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic individuals to join our collaborative team at Mount Sinai and help push transplant medicine forward. Candidates will work on exciting projects in transplantation and immune-mediated kidney diseases using human samples and/or mouse models of organ transplantation. Heart transplant procedures are performed by our microsurgeon.

Technical Duties:

• Flow-cytometry
• ELISA
• WB
• ELISPOT
• qPCR
• CyTOF data analyses
• Mouse work

Educational and other Requirements for the position: MD or PhD

Experience Required: Experience handling human samples and/or mice

Goals/Outcomes of the Research Project: To define the alloimmune responses in transplant recipients
