Our client – Tamro Baltics – is a pharmaceutical wholesale and retail company, which operates in all three Baltic States employing a staff of 1200 professionals. In Baltics there are nearly 450 pharmacies that either belong to Tamro group or operate based on partnership agreement under BENU brand. Tamro Baltics is a part of PHOENIX group, which operates in 29 European countries.
Currently Company is looking for a new colleague – Tamro UAB (Lithuania) Responsible Person to work in Kaunas. You will be accountable for ensuring the quality strategy is effectively deployed on site in accordance with the relevant international and national standards, company policies and procedures. This role is essential to growth, development and ongoing success of Tamro Lithuania wholesale distribution quality function.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing a system of "best practice" quality and compliance procedures and controls
- Ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice, ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 and other relevant national/international requirements
- Being responsible for wholesale distribution and compliance assurance
- Providing Quality Assurance support to initiate, engage and escalate critical and major compliance issues through QMS processes
- Collaborating with other Quality Managers
- Ensuring the maintenance of the annual subcontractors
- Acting as a quality assurance point of contact for the internal departments and customers
What you'll need to succeed:
- Registered Pharmacist/Pharmacy degree
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality role within the pharmaceutical Wholesale Distribution
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and experience with Management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001)
- Solid experience in validating equipment, facilities, and processes, along with presenting findings to SMCA
- Knowledge of Quality Deviation Tracking and Document Management Systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience would be an advantage
