IT Staff (Seasonal)

As an IT Support Staff, you will be responsible in providing essential first level IT technical support for our warehouse operations on the graveyard shift to support the 24/7 warehouse operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure the continuous functionality of warehouse systems.

• → Provide prompt, first-level IT support to warehouse staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• → Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and barcode printers.
• → Conduct routine checks and maintenance for warehouse workstations, printers, Wi-Fi access points, and other network devices.
• → Troubleshoot and resolve basic networking issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, access points.
• → Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and preventive actions taken.
• → Report recurring issues and recommend improvements to streamline warehouse IT operations.
• → Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, handheld devices, scanners).
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, routers, access points, and switches).
• Amenable to work graveyard shift and weekends.
