• →Work alongside Production teams to align contestant readiness with the master production schedule
• →Partner closely with the Head of Casting to ensure creative shifts are routed back through the casting team efficiently
• →Act as the central point of coordination between Casting, Care, Legal, and Production
• →Own contestant readiness timelines and communicate timing impacts in fast-moving environments
• →Forecast staffing needs based on volume and complexity
• →Oversee medical, psychological, and legal clearance completion
• →Ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
• →Manage travel, lodging, intake logistics, and on-set roster tracking
• →Track contestant operations budget and flag risks or variances early
• →Serve as the operational escalation point during production
• →Supervise the Contestant and Care Coordinators and maintain organized tracking systems

• 2+ years experience as a production manager
  
• Experience with contestants, cast, or taking care of a large group of people.
• Used to quick timelines to ensure standards are met
• Leadership
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
