• Bachelor's Degree
• Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant finance industry experience
• Experience with Mutual Fund and/or 529 trading  
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology in Product Owner or similar role 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a particular strength in Microsoft Excel is required
• Organized and attention to detail focused
• Problem solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate risks
• Ability to critically assess process for optimization and the organization skills to drive continuous improvement to underlying function set
• Ability to take direction and work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Firm understanding of the importance of accuracy in quality of work/downstream impacts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with senior management
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills and ability to think and act like an owner
• Efficient time management skills / ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks that team is involved with
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
