You'll work alongside a team of nearly 100 professionals, including experienced technicians, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and other industry experts dedicated to keeping emergency vehicles mission-ready.
What You'll Do

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on emergency vehicles and light-duty trucks.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair engine, brake, cooling, ignition, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Assist with drivetrain, suspension, and mechanical system repairs and installations.
Complete new vehicle setup and preparation.
Maintain accurate service records and track time on assigned tasks.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and operating safely.
Ensure all work complies with applicable DOT, NFPA, and Triple KKK standards.
Support additional shop projects as needed.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Must have your own tools.
Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on trucks, fleet vehicles, emergency vehicles, diesel equipment, or similar equipment.
Technical school training or related hands-on mechanical experience.
Familiarity with DOT, NFPA, or Triple KKK standards.
ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
