Job Description
The Order Management Specialist (Korean speaker) is responsible for managing end to end order processing activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while meeting internal performance and control standards.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment in accordance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- →Validate order accuracy, including pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and contractual terms.
- →Coordinate with sales, supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve order issues, shortages, or changes.
- →Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays or exceptions to customers and internal stakeholders.
- →Manage order changes, returns, cancellations, and credits in a timely and accurate manner.
- →Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- →Maintain accurate order records within ERP or order management systems.
- →Support month end activities, including backlog reviews, billing accuracy, and revenue recognition coordination.
- →Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- →Handle internal customer inquiries and complaints related to order fulfillment professionally and promptly.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor of degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain or shared services operations.
- Hands on experience with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of order to cash (O2C) processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Language requirements: Korean (TOPIK Level 4) and English.
