- →Previous construction experience required.
- →Experience handling construction materials.
- →Experience spotting for equipment operators.
- →General knowledge of construction materials and how they are used.
- →Good understanding of jobsite safety and construction operations.
- →Able to understand and use equipment operator hand signals.
- →Able to follow directions and work well with others.
- →Reliable and willing to help wherever needed on the jobsite.
- →Must have a strong focus on working safely.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Familiar with common manual and power tools and equipment
Able to lift 50+ pounds
