Pediatric Ambulatory Care Pharmacist, Oncology experience preferred

• →You will dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions
• →You will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records
• →You will supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work
• →You will assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services
• →You will provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service

• Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred
• Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington
• Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other)
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
