Responsibilities
~1 min read- →You will drive excellence in patient experience with outstanding customer service
- →You will engage fiscal responsibility as you administer operational, marketing, and finance functions of practice locations
- →Support a culture of employee and provider engagement
- →You will regularly travel to geographically dispersed assigned clinics
- →Partner with Regional Director and Administration towards physician production, compensation, scheduling, charge capture/ reimbursement inquiries, referral processing, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary services, general operations, and strategic planning and development
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS/ACLS Certification
- Four (4) years of experience in a professional or technical role/function
- Two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
