Requirements

1+ years of experience in Global Talent Acquisition, ideally within international organization

Strong background hiring for technical roles such as Machine Learning, AI, Software Engineering, MLOps, and DevOps and sales roles like Enterprise Account Executive.

Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably TeamTailor, to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.

Proven expertise in sourcing methods, interviewing, and candidate assessment.

Proficiency with social media recruiting (especially LinkedIn Recruiter) and leveraging multiple channels for brand awareness.

Resourceful, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Creative approach to sourcing and ability to continually explore new channels.

Experience using AI-driven hiring tools (e.g., ChatGPT, hireEZ, NovaAI, Juicebox).
