We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team and ensure end-to-end procurement of goods, materials, equipment, and services, including market research, supplier selection, and managing relevant procurement documentation and processes. The role also covers purchase order management, delivery tracking, logistics coordination, inventory control, invoice processing, budgeting, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- →3 years of experience in procurement, administration, supply chain, or a similar role
- →Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- →Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage but not required
- →Interest in procurement, logistics, and supplier management
- →Solid understanding of procurement or purchasing processes (can be gained through education or initial work experience)
- →Ability to research suppliers and compare offers in a structured and detail-oriented way
- →Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines
- →Attention to detail when creating purchase orders and handling documentation
- →Basic analytical skills for comparing prices, tracking orders, and supporting reporting
- →Good communication skills for coordination with suppliers and internal teams
- →Ability to work collaboratively and respond to business needs in a timely manner
- →Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop within procurement and supply chain
- →Basic problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on mindset
