Welder I 1st shift

• →Perform welding tasks using various methods such as GTAW,  PAW and Resistance Welding.
• →Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete work accurately.
• →Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts according to instructions.
• →Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.

• →Set up welding equipment and maintain tools in safe, working condition.
• →Select appropriate welding materials and consumables for each job.
• →Operate basic hand and power tools for preparation and finishing tasks.
• →Maintain inventory of welding materials and report shortages.

• →Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• →Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure a safe work environment.
• →Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• →Participate in safety training and maintain compliance with welding certifications.

• →Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and job progress.
• →Report completed work and any issues or defects to supervisors promptly.

• →Work closely with other welders, fabricators, and production team members.
• →Assist higher-level welders or technicians as needed for complex tasks.
• →Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding work progress and challenges.

• Basic knowledge of welding techniques and processes (GTAW, PAW, Resistance).
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year of welding experience

• Completion of a welding training program or vocational certification preferred.
