Job Summary:
As a Técnico de Higiene e Segurança at MY MATCH, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees within the company. You will work closely with management and employees to develop and implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your main goal will be to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local and national regulations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace
- Train employees on safety protocols and procedures, including emergency response plans
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- Investigate and report on any workplace accidents or incidents, and make recommendations for prevention
- Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a culture of safety within the company
- Keep up-to-date with any changes in safety regulations and communicate updates to relevant parties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety procedures and incidents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of local and national safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

This is a full-time, on-site position. The working hours may vary, and occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
