Schedule: Full Time | 36 hours per week | 6:30am-7pm | No Scheduling Mandation
Pay Range: $22.50 - $26.21/hr. (This rate includes an additional $3.40 per hour. The Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through program is approved through September 30, 2026; however, this additional pay will continue through September 30, 2027).
Shift Premiums: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm $ 1.00 | 10:31 pm - 7:00 am $ 0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm - Sun 11:00 pm) $ 1.00
