What You'll Do:
As an HVAC Technician at Chelsea Retirement Community, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment across our senior living campus. This is an onsite position, allowing you to support one community rather than traveling from client to client throughout the day.

In this role, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, and complete a variety of mechanical and plumbing-related repairs throughout the community. You’ll install and service HVAC equipment, hydronic systems, pumps, pipes, fittings, and control systems while ensuring work is completed safely and professionally.

Because this work takes place in an active senior living environment, professionalism, cleanliness, and respect while working in and around residents’ homes is essential.
