Per Diem Certified Nurse Aide

Schedule: Per Diem (PRN) | Shifts Available: 6:30am-7pm or 6:30pm -7:00am | Minimum of 5 shifts per month, including at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 holidays per year.
Pay Range: Pay range: $21.91 - $25.71/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
Shift Premiums: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm $ 1.00 | 10:31 pm - 7:00 am $ 0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm - Sun 11:00 pm) $ 1.00
