Registered Nurse (RN) Weekends Only, $7,500 sign-on bonus!

Schedule: 24 hours per week | Every Saturday and Sunday | 3rd shift, 5:45pm - 6:15am
$7,500 sign-on bonus! Weekends only: work 24 hours, get paid for 30 hours!
Pay Range: $39.48 - $46.91/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
Shift Premiums:  Night (11:00 pm-6:59 am) $2.00, Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm-Sun 10:59 pm) $0.50
