Laborer / Machine Operator

• →Operate and maintain industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
• →Assist in setup, operation, and monitoring of machines during production runs.
• →Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials, cleaning, and organizing the work area.
• →Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
• →Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• →Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

• Previous experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and repetitive movements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and any other required assessments.

• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, weekends, or swing shifts as needed to meet project deadlines

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods (8–12+ hour shifts)
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl for prolonged periods
• Reach overhead and work with arms extended
• Climb ladders, work in manlifts up to 25 feet above ground
• Work in confined spaces and at elevated heights when required

• Exposure to dust, noise, and industrial hazards
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times
