Senior Atlassian Architect (Remote)

You are a senior Atlassian consultant and solution architect with 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Jira and Jira Service Management solutions in complex enterprise environments. They bring strong expertise in ITIL-based service management, Assets and CMDB design, workflow and automation development, integrations, migrations, governance, and platform modernization, along with the ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable solutions. 

Myriad360 is seeking a Senior Atlassian Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and adoption of Atlassian-based Enterprise Service Management solutions. This role will work directly with Clients and internal engineering, sales, project management, and managed services teams to translate business and operational requirements into scalable solutions using Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Assets, Jira Product Discovery, Jira Operations, Atlassian Guard, and related marketplace applications. 

The ideal candidate combines strong Atlassian platform expertise with practical experience in ITIL, service management, asset management, workflow design, integrations, automation, and solution consulting. This is a senior individual contributor role with responsibility across presales, discovery, architecture, implementation, technical leadership, and ongoing optimization.
