Software Engineer, Partner Solutions (Greece)

Mysten Labs Greece is seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing Solutions Engineering team in Greece! You will help design, develop, debug and deploy our next generation of decentralized applications.

Working closely with our senior engineers, you will receive training in smart contract development using the Move programming language and build applications that support blockchain developers and business partners worldwide. These include payment wallets, decentralized finance applications and agentic coordination systems.

AI coding tools and agents will be part of your development workflow, combining rapid experimentation with sound engineering judgment to deliver reliable software. You will also contribute to open source projects with global impact, collaborate with leading companies in blockchain and AI, and develop your expertise alongside experienced engineers.

  Design, implement and test full stack applications, using AI coding agents to accelerate development while taking ownership of code quality, security and maintainability.

  Work with (and travel as needed) international partners to onboard and port solutions to Sui.

  Translate partner needs into clear technical requirements and rapidly build proof of concept applications that demonstrate how Sui can address real business problems.

  Visualize and implement web UIs that improve the user experience for blockchain developers and partners.

  Understand the capabilities of the Sui blockchain platform so that you can make use of its features and influence its evolution

  Research blockchain technology and customers’ industries to inform technical decisions and proposed solution

• Any degree in computer science or related field or/and experience in software engineering or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years of industry software engineering experience

• Experience with any of the following languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Java or C#

• Experience with any of the following UI Frameworks: React, Next.js, Vue

• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, including providing clear instructions, reviewing generated code and validating results through testing. Experience gained through personal or open source projects is welcome.

• Understanding of relational databases and key value stores.

• Experience in source code management tools, such as Git and GitHub

• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Experience with Rust or Solidity, and basic knowledge of distributed systems and architectures, would be a plus.
