Product Manager

We’re creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market. We’re focused on the supply chain industry first. The industry is in a massive bind with the continued growth of e-commerce, sharp rise in costs, and supply chain disruptions. What has been a “sleepy” industry for decades is now at the epicenter of sustaining the global economy.

Mytra’s Product team is looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategic development of our next-generation warehouse automation platform. This role is perfect for a product leader who wants to work at the intersection of cutting-edge robotics, AI software, and hardware systems.

This is a hands-on IC role. You'll gather requirements from customers and the field, translate between engineering and commercial teams, and make prioritization calls where hardware constraints, software capability, and customer commitments conflict. The role rewards someone early enough in their career to want reps on hard, ambiguous problems, and strong enough to be trusted with them.

• →Drive product development and execution through cross functional collaboration, alignment with internal and external stakeholders and clearly defined goals.
• →Collaborate with engineering to balance hardware constraints with software capabilities and customer requirements.
• →Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• →Drive competitive analysis and positioning against traditional automation and emerging robotics solutions.
• →Ensure products meet industrial standards for safety, reliability, and performance in warehouse environments.
• →Coordinate with operations teams on manufacturing scalability, supply chain optimization, and quality assurance.

• You’re comfortable with robotics, and have experience with bringing complex hardware-software integrated products to market.
• You are excited about working on an immature project, growing together, and shaping the future of the company.

• You’re familiar with manufacturing and supply chain considerations for physical products
• You can convey complex ideas and technical concepts to a diverse audience.

• You have some knowledge of warehouse operations or logistics workflows.

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to bring clear and structured results from ambiguous situations
• Familiarity with project management tools and practices
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities across engineering, sales, operations, and customer teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities

Hybrid – part-time in-office in San Francisco, with flexible time for working remote. Minimum 3 or more days a week in office.

Compensation for this position will be set based on the candidate's experience level and location. The posted salary band applies to US-based candidates and may vary by location. It is subject to change.
