Nammo Perry is the center of excellence for the design, development and production of munitions and pyrotechnic products for the U.S. Department of Defense. Nammo employees working at the Florida site manufacture all types of 40mm low and high velocity ammunition; pyrotechnic marking; signaling and tactical illumination devices; battlefield effects training simulators; demolition charges; hand grenade fuzes; and other ammunition components. Additionally, they provide load, assemble, and pack (LAP) services for large caliber direct-fire ammunition.
This position is responsible for executing talent acquisition initiatives that support the organization's rapid growth and expansion while strengthening the company's reputation as an employer of choice throughout the region.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist executes full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, community engagement, and recruitment marketing initiatives established by Human Resources leadership. This role partners with hiring managers to attract top talent, coordinate recruiting activities, build candidate pipelines, and represent the company throughout the community while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

~1 min read- Coordinate and represent the company at career fairs, college campus recruiting events, technical schools, military transition events, workforce development initiatives, and community events.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations.
- Coordinate internships, facility tours, classroom presentations, and recruiting events that strengthen the talent pipeline.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates using multiple recruiting platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Manufacturing, engineering, construction, or skilled trades recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting a rapidly growing organization.
- Must submit to and pass a drug test pursuant to Company Drug-Free Workplace Policy which includes random testing
- Must have good vision (may be corrected)
- Must have no known hearing loss (may be corrected)
- Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to sit
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to travel frequently
- Must be able to endure sunshine and weather extremes
- Must be able to endure fumes that are within OSHA accepted standards
- Must have stamina to work more than the scheduled workday when needed, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to pick up, handle, and otherwise work paper
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (<85 dBA), however in some instances this job may require work in areas where ear protection is necessary
