Responsibilities
~1 min readAs an Organ Health Specialist, you will promote and sell Renasight, a genetic test analyzing 385 genes to identify potential hereditary causes of kidney disease, and Prospera, a non-invasive cfDNA test for early detection of kidney transplant rejection—both supporting comprehensive kidney health management from diagnosis to post-transplant care.
- →Achieve and exceed performance goals through effective sales strategies, client relationship building, and territory management.
- →Drive market adoption of Natera’s Organ Health portfolio (Renasight and Prospera), contributing to successful product launches and market expansion.
- →Serve as a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.
- →Develop and execute tailored local business plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize available resources.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within laboratory, molecular, or diagnostic sales.
- Proven track record of closing sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Proven ability to drive adoption through clinical education and consultative selling
- Existing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in nephrology or specialty medicine.
- Knowledge of academic medical systems and large hospital systems (IDNs) related to nephrology or specialty medicine.
- Travel up to 50% - 75% within territory, with 10% - 20% overnight stay
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to define and execute strategic plans effectively.
- Demonstrates a hunter mentality with a proven track record of successfully growing and managing a territory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and independent approach to overcoming challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, fostering meaningful connections and delivering impactful results.
- Thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and excellent time management skills.

~3 min readThe compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
