Warehouse Supervisor (Evening Shift)

Join Factors Group as a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations, where you'll play a key role in leading our evening warehouse operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently to support our customers across North America.   Job Status: Permanent Full-Time (40 hours/week)Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (flexible as needed)Work Location: Onsite – 1550 United Boulevard, Coquitlam, BCSalary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 per annum   In this role, you will: Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling activities. Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements that improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted warehouse operations. Conduct performance reviews, manage schedules and timesheets, and support recruitment, investigations, and employee engagement activities. You have: A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience and 6 years of supervisory experience, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment. Completion of Grade 12, with the willingness and ability to pursue additional relevant training. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate proficiency in Excel with experience using data to present to leadership. Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes. Forklift and powered equipment experience (or the ability and willingness to obtain certification through company-provided training).
