• →Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• →Monitor and record vital signs
• →Support safe mobility and transfers
• →Prepare and serve meals according to individual needs
• →Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
• →Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions

• Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing
• Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment
• Dependable, patient, and physically able to assist with transfers
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive community
• Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
