As a Supply Excellence Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering our operations team to thrive by streamlining processes, developing impactful training, and driving continuous improvement across our organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your contributions will directly support our mission to bake the world a little better, one bar at a time.

• Hands-On Leadership: You thrive in high-speed manufacturing environments, love facilitating problem-solving activities, and enjoy teaching and mentoring others.
• Technical Writing Expertise: You can distill complex, technical processes into clear, user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences.
• Continuous Improvement Champion: You’re driven to identify opportunities, improve processes, and promote lean methodologies that elevate operational performance.
• Passion for Standardization: You believe in the power of consistency and standardization to create lasting, positive change.

• A background in high-speed manufacturing processes, preferably in food production or CPG.
• Proven success with process improvement, lean techniques, and implementing operational changes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve errors effectively.
• Organizational prowess with a knack for meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience: Prior manufacturing experience is essential. Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI,  and other MS Office programs; familiarity with Lean principles, IWS, and/or TPM operational principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is preferred.
