Experienced Deck/Stew – 27m Private Shadow Vessel We are currently seeking an experienced Deck/Stew to join a 27m foreign-flagged private yacht, operating as the shadow vessel to a 40m+ private program. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established program with great owners, a positive team environment, and an active cruising itinerary. Current Itinerary: • Currently in South Florida • Cruising the U.S. Northeast for the summer • Frequent family day trips and weekend cruising • Fall/Winter plans TBD Requirements The Ideal Candidate: • Previous experience in a similar Deck/Stew position • Strong deck and interior skillset • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude • Professional appearance and attention to detail • Proven longevity and excellent references Candidates with a solid work history, strong references, and a desire to be part of a great long-term program are encouraged to apply.
