Review, verify, and process vendor invoices with high accuracy.
Execute 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and receiving records.
Prepare and execute regular payment disbursements via bank transfers, checks, and electronic payments.
Reconcile vendor account statements and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Maintain complete, organized, and up-to-date accounts payable records.
Serve as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payment schedules.
Assist with month-end financial closing procedures and accounts payable reporting.
Ensure strict compliance with corporate expenditure policies and standard accounting practices.
Support internal and external audits by compiling and delivering required financial documentation.
