Health Care Technician II - Shift Supervisor (J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center)

Salary Range: $32,444.00 – $48,665.00
A Sign-on bonus of $2,500 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2026-2027 Budget Approval.

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs )/Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:
Employee will be required to successfully complete training through our Staff Development department, which includes, but is not limited to CPI, CPR, Body Mechanics and lifting.
Frequent bending and lifting required.
Documented experience in providing daily living activities and carrying out goal programs such as personal care in areas such as bathing, dressing, tooth brushing, feeding, changing attends on adults, communication and behavior modification.
To be considered for employment the applicant must be in good standing with the NC Health Care Personnel registry.
This Position Is Designated As Mandatory And Must Report Or Stay Over During Adverse Weather Events.
1st Shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)

Requirements
