Cheeky will be open for both lunch and dinner. We will have daytime, nighttime, full-time, and part-time positions available for all roles.

Responsibilities

→Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
→Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
→Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
→Engage guests with confidence—offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
→Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
→Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
→Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
→Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
→Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
→Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
→Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
→Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times

2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale setting
Strong spirits, wine, and cocktail knowledge
Confident, engaging, and thrives in a guest-focused environment
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a polished presence
A collaborative teammate with a passion for creating memorable experiences
