Responsibilities

- →Manage reservations and walk-ins using a reservation platform
- →Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
- →Coordinate efficient and thoughtful seating to maximize service flow
- →Support the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Friendly, polished, and guest-focused
- Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using reservation systems (experience with OpenTable or Resy a plus)
- A team player who communicates clearly and positively
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
