Cheeky will be open for both lunch and dinner. We will have daytime, nighttime, full-time, and part-time positions available for all roles.

Responsibilities

→Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
→Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
→Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
→Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
→Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
→Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
→Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
→Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
→Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
→Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment

Experienced in high-volume, upscale dining (minimum 1+ year preferred)
Knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
Detail-oriented, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency
Strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor
