Northeast Arc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team in Peabody, Lowell
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Provide direct care and individualized supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Promote independence, community engagement, and meaningful life experiences
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration
• Support medical appointments and health-related needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, supportive home environment
