→Define and maintain the systems roadmap: prioritisation, maturity, risks and success metrics.
→Lead delivery with the development teams: backlog, release coordination, technical decision-making.
→Drive product practices: discovery, requirements, RFC/ADR, design reviews and clear documentation.
→Partner with stakeholders (DC operations, logistics/warehouse, testing/repairs, security, finance).
→Proactively initiate improvements.
