✓Own the end-to-end design of services and features within the Nebius Console, from discovery to delivery

✓Design clear, scalable interfaces for complex cloud and AI infrastructure products

✓Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user flows and interaction models

✓Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

✓Clearly present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams

✓Manage design work from early hypotheses and exploration through prototyping, implementation, and iteration

✓Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product

✓Strong product thinking and the ability to approach design as a set of connected user scenarios

✓Ability to balance usability, consistency, and innovation in complex systems

✓Solid understanding of the product design process, including discovery, validation, and delivery

✓High attention to detail and structured, systematic work in Figma

✓Experience collaborating with other designers in a shared product and design system environment

✓At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer on digital products

✓Confident English communication skills, sufficient for day-to-day collaboration with international teams

✓Strong proficiency in Figma, including creating complex and interactive prototypes

✓Experience designing responsive and adaptive functional interfaces

✓Familiarity with UX research and usability testing methods

✓Experience with cloud consoles, dashboards, or other high-complexity web applications

✓Ability to communicate effectively with engineers using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript terminology
