Laundry Driver

Combining safe driving, dependable laundry operations, and attention to detail, as a Laundry Driver, you will manage the movement and preparation of linen throughout the resort while operating equipment responsibly and efficiently. Your work helps keep Nemacolin’s guest experience polished and seamless by ensuring clean, well-presented linens reach the right destinations when they are needed. This role offers an opportunity to build practical hospitality and operations expertise while contributing to the standards guests experience across the property.

• →A dependable flow of clean linen across the resort by transporting, sorting, loading, unloading, and distributing linen where it is needed
• →A consistent supply of guest-ready linen by processing and preparing an average of 80 pounds of clean linen daily while maintaining established quality standards
• →Safe, efficient laundry operations by operating washers, dryers, carts, box trucks, and other equipment properly while following safety procedures
• →An organized and responsive laundry operation by maintaining equipment, work areas, and linen supplies and communicating operational needs as they arise
• →A strong service partnership with resort teams by completing deliveries accurately, responding to changing needs, and supporting efficient daily operations

• A hands-on role that combines driving, laundry operations, physical activity, and daily movement throughout the resort
• Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking in an active work environment
• Operation of a box truck and other laundry equipment with training provided on resort procedures and safety standards
• A role that works across departments and directly supports the cleanliness and presentation guests experience throughout the property

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and operational instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Prior laundry, hospitality, transportation, or general operations experience is helpful but not required
