You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality recruiting solutions. • →Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions relevant to talent acquisition.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners and organizations.

• Extensive experience with hiring in the India market - including but not limited to experience in technology and sales recruiting within India 
• Lives in India
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders within the organization.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
