As trainee in our Backend Department at NETCONOMY, you will gain knowledge and practical experience in creating modern web solutions. In this process, you will be proactively supported by your experienced colleagues.

• Gain insights into the daily business of a software developer on a project and learn about agile methodologies, such as SCRUM

• Gain your first practical experience by taking over tasks and small projects as part of the training in a protected learning environment

• Specify and design optimal technical solutions and take care of documentation

• Work with modern Java technologies and frameworks

• Work with established frameworks and platforms like Spring and SAP Commerce

• Use good practices of the software development process and software design

• Do database modelling and optimization

• You will be proactively supported by our experienced coaches and in-house trainers
